Farm Story Finca Los Ciruelos: 

Saturnino Martinez's farm, Finca Los Ciruelos, is run with the help of his family and close friends. A strong believer in traditional farming methods, he does not use any pesticides or herbicides on his coffee trees. Saturnino is also heavily involved in his community managing water in his municipality and leading a project to plant over 30,000 trees in the mountainous community.

Farm Story Grossi Group: 

The history of Jose Carlos Grossi's family with coffee cultivation dates back another century and three generations. Life in coffee-growing begins with Jose Carlos Grossi's grandfather, who migrated from Italy to Brazil, Antonio Grossi, in 1879 to work in coffee plantations in Sao Paulo. In 1950, Matheus Grossi, father of Jose Carlos, acquired a property in the north of Parana, where he followed the dream. The family tradition lead Jose Carlos to graduate as in Agronomist and form his first coffee plantation. It was the beginning of the Grossi Group.

Farm story Ethiopia Acacia:

Ethiopa Acacia is produced by small holder farms throughout the sidamo region and exhibits the attributes of both the plants and land. This blend is comprised of several landrace varieties of coffee, which are defined as domesticated, locally adapted, traditional variety of a species of plant that has developed over time, through adaptation to it's natural and cultural environment of agriculture and pastoralism, and due to isolation from other populations of the species. The varieties present in this blend are Kurume, Dega, and Wlisho and are prized for their sweetness, acidity, and and fruit-forward profile

Farm Story Finca Churupama:

Finca Churupama  is a very progressive coffee farm in Chirinos, Cajamarca, Peru. The Tocto brothers took over the farm's operations from their parents several years ago and are transforming it into a model for economically and environmentally sustainable coffee production. In addition to selling coffee form their own farm, the Toctos provide export and marketing services for 215 neighboring farmers. Finca Churupama has a training center that is open to the entire community, and works with farmers to improve their production practices to break a cycle of poverty that has entrapped farmers in the region for m any years

Farm Story Papua New Guinea Bunum Wo Peaberry:

The Papua New Guinea Bunum Wo Peaberry comes to us through our partners at Benchmark Coffee Traders. They have direct family ties with these coffee producers from the Wahgi Valley in the Western Highland Province and support the pickers and farmers with free housing, healthcare, and schooling. Coffees from the estate go through a careful picking, sorting, fermentation, and drying process before the final hand-sorting occurs. The coffees are then meticulously graded, roasted and cupped by their quality control team.
